Anna Ingolfsdottir turns 65 on Saturday, 18 February 2017. The goal of this informal workshop is to celebrate Anna's birthday by highlighting some of her scientific work in concurrency theory, process algebra, logic in computer science and semantics among others. Anna was the first woman appointed as a professor of computer science in Iceland, she received the Reykjavik University Research Award 2013 and is a member of the Icelandic Academy of Sciences. She has held visiting professor positions at Aalborg University, DTU, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Universidad Complutense Madrid, the University of Florence and the University of Szeged, among others.

Anna was one of the founders of the IFIP WG1.8 on Concurrency Theory, and has served on the PC and as a PC chair for many international scientific conferences. She has co-organized NWPT 2006, ICALP 2008 and NWPT 2015 at Reykjavik University. Currently she is also co-organizing LICS 2017 and its co-located workshops, amongst which she is involved in the first Women in Logic workshop.
